We are looking for an experienced professional to fill the role of Member Relations Manager.

The Member Relations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and engagement of our organization's members to advance the Association’s mission. This position involves managing and maintaining member data, fostering positive internal and external relationships, and promptly addressing member inquiries. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our members.
The Member Relations Manager is responsible for collecting, updating, and maintaining the integrity of the member database (CRM) and providing administrative and bookkeeping support for the Wisconsin Hospitals Political Action Committee & Conduit. The Member Relations Manager is also the main point of contact for collecting member information for WHA’s annual Community Benefits Report.
